Extruder M/C

An extruder is a device that molds the product into a fluid state through heating and the molded product that is in a fluid state is compressed using a screw and it passes through a Die with a specific shape, and the resin in the form of pellet or bead which continuously molds the cross section of the product is put into a cylinder from the inlet of the extruder, and the screw is rotated to transport it forward. The resin is kneaded and melted during transport, and compressed at the outlet. A film or sheet, or a tube or pipe can be made by manipulating the outlet.
